As a Lead Product Designer, I spearheaded multiple 0→1 initiatives, including the extension credentials capture and SaaS discovery features, taking them from concept to launch. I laid the foundations for the Design System group initiative, ensuring scalable and consistent design practices across the product. I also introduced event tracking plans that standardized product analytics and improved cross-team alignment. Alongside this, I conducted UX research to inform product direction and elevate user experience. Currently, I am exploring ways to accelerate and improve design workflow quality using AI tools, integrating emerging technologies into the design process to boost efficiency and innovation.
